The Site currently does not require user account registration. If account features are introduced later, users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and activity under their accounts.

5. Contact and Communications

Contact form actions may open your email application using a mailto link. Message delivery and confidentiality are subject to your email provider and internet infrastructure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party email or telecom services.

6. Payments and Billing

The Site currently does not process online payments, subscriptions, or in-app billing. Tuition, enrollment, and service fees are handled separately through direct business communications and applicable enrollment agreements.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to third-party services and pages, including maps, review platforms, social media profiles, and directories. We do not control third-party content, policies, or availability and are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, branding, design elements, graphics, and code (excluding user submissions and third-party marks), is owned by or licensed to Deeba's Daycare and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

9. No Warranty (As-Is)

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deeba's Daycare and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the Site.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid directly to us specifically for use of the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deeba's Daycare from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or unlawful/infringing submissions.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, remove content, or block submissions at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms were violated or a legal/security risk exists.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If unresolved, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
